Executive MBA HR eMBA

“When researching different options, I quickly noticed that the HR MBA at executive education at the University of Vaasa responded very well to the goals I wanted from the training: a diverse selection of HR courses and respected professors and experts. I live in the Helsinki metropolitan area and I also appreciated the fact that I was able to complete the training mainly in Helsinki.

I completed part of the training alongside work and part of it on study leave. Studying as a whole was very motivating and gave a lot of energy even to those moments when it felt like there were not enough hours in the day. If necessary, there was flexibility in the return of assignments, and overall everything went very well and I was able to complete my studies with high quality. During my study leave, I enjoyed the fact that I also had time to delve into the voluntary material and was able to focus on my thesis to the fullest.

I wanted to develop and deepen my own competence in human resource management, network, and advance in my career. All of the above goals have come true, for which I am very happy and grateful. Soon after graduating, I got a new job that is exactly what I had been aiming for during my studies. With the new contacts I have gained through the training, we have helped each other in working life on both sides. I have also had the opportunity to lecture young students on different themes from the perspective of practical working life.

I wanted to develop and deepen my own expertise in personnel management, network and advance in my career. All the goals mentioned above have come true, for which I am very happy and grateful.

I warmly recommend the Executive Education MBA education at the University of Vaasa. When you have the motivation and a genuine interest in developing yourself, you will definitely succeed in your studies and complete the courses with honors. Completing an MBA program can bring with it surprising new and interesting opportunities that you haven’t even dreamed of.”
